The difference between an MLS and an Exclusive listing agreement is an MLS listing is uploaded on the local TRREB MLS system on the internet and is publicly marketed and advertised for sale. An Exclusive listing is not publicly advertised or marketed, but only shared with top agents that are actively selling in your neighbourhood and qualified buyers in my network.
